Senior Tester (BA Capability) Manufacturing System (Japan Market)

• Analyze requirements, create test plans, and develop test cases.
• Define and implement test strategies, design test cases, execute manual tests, and create automated test scripts for Web and Mobile applications.
• Execute tests to ensure the software meets key architectural requirements.
• Validate the scalability and performance of the software.
• Collaborate closely with developers and verification engineers.
• Prepare bug reports and test progress reports for the Manager.
• Support in training and mentoring other team members.
• Perform Web performance testing and security testing.
• Support requirement definition and perform basic BA activities.
• Mentor junior testers when needed.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in Software Testing.
• Strong ability to analyze requirements and perform BA-level verification.
• Solid understanding of testing objectives and methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of testing skills (test plan and strategy design, writing test cases, checklists, opening/validating bugs).
• Experience in cross-platform testing (Desktop App, Web, Mobile, Chromebook, etc.).
• Hands-on experience in Manual Testing.
• Experience in API testing and SQL queries is a strong advantage.
• Priority will be given to candidates with experience in testing production systems.
• Experience working with Japanese customers or Japanese projects is a strong advantage.
• Candidates with Japanese language proficiency will have an advantage.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
