BRIDGE ENGINEER

• Working directly with Japanese customers to clarify requirements, make project plan and manage project progress 
• Transferring the business and quality requirements, detailed functions from the customer to the offshore project team 
• Assist client in defining requirements and suggest ideas 
• Creating a design document (Basic design, detail design,…) 
• Learning the idea of system design, the way of working process from Japanese customers 
• Product development of customer management system 
• Could implement coding, testing if needed

• Japanese language: N2 level and above 
• At least 3 years experience of BrSE/PL/PM 
• Experience with web application development
• Experience with Java/PHP programming language 
• Experience with web application development 
• Experience with Scrum/Agile process 
• Strong requirement analytical skill 
• Experience of working/studying in Japan is a plus 
• High fighting spirit, responsible for work, clients, and projects.

AI Knowledge & Experience:

• Interested in and enthusiastic about AI technologies.
• Regularly use AI tools to work more efficiently.
• Continuously learn and update knowledge and skills related to AI.

Other requirements: 

• Well-organized, capable of performing multiple tasks, able to work under high pressure 
• Experience of team management is a plus 
• Self-motivated and eager to learn (in business domain, software engineering, language)
