AI TEAM LEADER

We are looking for a passionate and experienced AI Team Leader to lead our Core AI Team – the strategic group responsible for building the company’s foundational AI capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute from ideation to deployment in real-world AI solutions.

• Lead a team of AI engineers in researching and developing cutting-edge AI/ML models, especially Generative AI. 
• Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate AI into internal and customer-facing software solutions.
• Design scalable and robust AI system architectures.
•  Propose new AI initiatives and keep the company aligned with the latest AI trends.
• Mentor and coach junior AI team members to foster a strong internal AI talent pool.

Must have: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, including 2+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong programming skills in Python; proficient in ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, LangChain, etc. 
• Experience with deploying AI models in production environments.
• Familiar with NLP, Computer Vision, LLMs (Large Language Models), RAG, Prompt Engineering.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and system-thinking skills.
• Proven experience in developing systems using AI tools.

Nice to have：

• Hands-on experience with AI-related APIs (such as OpenAI)
• Experience in building and deploying AI systems in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
